The City of Sierra Madre would like to inform residents that there is no flag alert in effect at this time. The County has issued a “no phase” forecast early this morning and the National Weather Service is forecasting a 20% chance of showers for today.
The City would like to thank the residents for their patience and continued diligence over the recent storm events. We would also like to thank the gracious volunteers that assisted with communications and sandbagging assistance to residents that were in need.
If anyone would like to join the list of the Volunteer Sandbag Corps and lend assistance to your neighbors in need for future storm preparations, please contact the Sierra Madre Public Works Department at 355-7135 extension 803.
